Throughout the month of October, FC Wisconsin Eclipse held free TIP Training Clinics for players ages 7-12.  TIP® Training is the proprietary individual training methodology used by the club to develop individual technical skill and to teach and incentive players to train individually outside of regular training.  TIP® is an acryonym for Technical Improvement Program - and is unique to FC Wisconsin Eclipse.

Each TIP® Training clinic includes training in four different skills, providing thousands of touches on the ball every hour for every participating player.  The exercises are easily adaptable for different levels and starting points for all players.  Any player is welcome to participate in TIP® Training clinics.

One of the unqiue elements of the TIP® Training clinics is the involvement of older FC Wisconsin Eclipse players working with the young players.  Players from the U15, U16, U17 and U18 age groups in the club were in attendance at every clinic to get some individual work themselves, demo for the younger players, and add to the environment.  Great learning mindsets are a reflection of culture - and when learning becomes cultural, players develop to become special.
