Monica Gonyo

Executive Director and Goalkeeping Director

Gonyo oversees all club administration and operations, as well as the development of all goalkeepers in the club. Gonyo won the 2011 U18 USYS National Championship while being named the "Golden Glove" best goalkeeper. She played at Loyola University in Chicago where she set the school's all-time records for career shut-outs, single season goals-against average, and career goals-against average.  After her collegiate career, Gonyo played with the NWSL's Chicago Red Stars and was the starting goalkeeper for the 2015 WPSL National Championship winners.  

Andy Lee

Director of Coaching and ECNL Director

Lee directly oversees the ECNL Program (U13-U18/19 ECNL and ECNL Regional League).  He also supports staff and training in the Pre-ECNL Program (U11-U12) and Youth Academy.  

Hayley Lavers

Vice President of Operations

Hayley Lavers oversees all business and operations.  She has extensive experience coaching in youth, college, and professionally.  As a player, Hayley was a member of multiple US Soccer youth national teams, and starred collegiately at Santa Clara University. 

Christian Lavers

Director of Methodology

Lavers oversees the training methodology, club philosophy and style of play, and development curriculum for all club staff and programs.  Lavers has led teams to National Final Fours at multiple levels including winners of the only top tier youth championship in Wisconsin history.  Lavers holds a USSF "A" License, the USSF "Y" License, and the NSCAA Premier Diploma.  

Kenzie Challoner

Pre-ECNL Director

Challoner played for FC Wisconsin for the majority of her youth career, and played college soccer at Winona State University where she was named team captain, participated in the NCAA tournament, and earned the Presidential Scholar award 3 times.  Kenzie graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources. 

Mikaela Hoard

Youth Academy Director

Mikaela played for FC Wisconsin from its founding in 2012 and through the rest of her youth career.  She moved on to DePaul University where she earned Academic All Big East honors four straight years, and played in 3 Big East Tournaments.  

Calvin Deutsch

Staff Coach

Calvin Deutsch has coached for many years with the Tosa Kickers, ranging from Undr-6, Academy and through high school levels.  He is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has a US Soccer "D" license.

Mike Malen

Staff Coach

Malen is a former collegiate soccer player and won the 1995 NCAA Division I National Championship at Wisconsin.    

Nick Herzog

Staff Coach

Nick Herzog has coached at multiple clubs in southeast Wisconsin over the past several years, including Strike and Elmbrook.  He has a US Soccer "D" license.

Drew Watson

Consultant

Drew Watson is a pediatric sports medicine physician and team physician for the University of Wisconsin Badgers.  He holds a US Soccer "A" License and National Youth License.  Watson played collegiately at Trinity University in San Antonio and has years of experience coaching youth soccer in Wisconsin and Texas.

Joana Bromley

Sports Performance Consultant

Joana has a Masters in Sports and Performance Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  She played college soccer her freshman year at Ohio University, transferring at the end of the year to play 3 years at the University of Wisconsin where she started 41 games was named Academic All-Big 10 in 2011 and 2012.  She played youth soccer with FC Milwaukee.

Sam Wolff

Futures Coach

Sam Wolff (nee Vicker) played collegiate soccer at Marquette University where she appeared in 23 games during her career and earned 2012-2013 Big East All-Academic team honors.  She played youth soccer with FC Milwaukee. 

Katie Reiels

Futures Coach

Katie Reiels (nee Hishmeh) played collegiately at Marquette University where she started 67 games in her career, earning All Big-East 2nd Team honors and Big East All-Academic team as a senior.  She played youth soccer with FC Milwaukee.
