On January 10, before a room of nearly 100 coaches from all over the country, as well as several from Europe, FC Wisconsin Director of Coaching and Methodology Christian Lavers presented on training methodology at the United Soccer Coaches Convention in Chicago.

Lavers' presentation was given on behalf of the boys and girls Elite Clubs National League, and presented in detail the training methods and philosophy used at the ECNL National Training Camps to help the best players in the country improve perception and decision-making.
